In December I will be offering a Meditation Class on Tuesday, December 4th from 6-7:15 p.m. I love journeying and if you’ve never done it before, it can open doors you haven’t experienced yet. The class will be a combination of drumming, toning & silent meditation. All are powerful tools to shift the vibration of our energy system and bring it into alignment.
