Equine Therapy is a way of working with the Horse in a holistic and nurturing way. Horses will communicate with us through their Heart Field and once a bond of Trust is established, a horse will seek out the energy in order to help heal itself. There’s a magnetic field of energy created once a person or group of people come into a synergy of frequency which allows the horse to communicate beyond what we perceive as our normal senses. 

Horses communicate through intention, vibration, feeling and telepathy. Given they are herd animals and their heart fields beat as one rhythm which is found within wild horses, but can also be established in domesticated horses along with the humans that work with them. I find this synergy incredible. This is why people find horses to be so healing for them. Once we have shifted and expanded our energy, we have the ability to communicate with the horse on a whole new level. A lot of horses that I have worked with have come from backgrounds of trauma and the healing process can be quite extensive. Some horses will respond quickly and others just like people can take a bit longer.

I teach Equine clinics as well as work with groups of people and distance session teaching clients how to energetically connect with the horse and have a better relationship with them. This also facilitates a healing process for individuals as well. In the Energy world, the more energy work we do with animals, people, plants, etc, the more we heal ourselves on many different levels. The key is coming into the process without any expectations, and amazing things can transpire for the horse and you. 

My healing journey with animals started with a Dog named Barney who taught me so much as he was diagnosed with bone cancer and given only three or four months to live. I worked with him for almost two years until he passed. He taught me so much about animal communication, and how dogs and animals in general communicate if we listen to the subtle nuances, we can help any animal immensely. I went onto to volunteer with Dogs with Cancer and Horse Sanctuaries. I find this work so rewarding !

I also believe in sound therapy. I created a sound therapy years ago that healed my body from chronic pain and I have given to numerous clients over the years and have found that it works with animals along with the plates which create double torus in the body which allows energy to move through. Animals like people have an energetic system which is referred to as the Chakras. When one of these centers gets blocked it can stop energetic flow of energy happening throughout the body. Animals just like people have emotions, so if those emotions are constantly in fight or flight, the system will either be on hyperdrive or start to shut one on different levels and not be in a fluid flowing homeostasis where we heal from. We help the horse facilitate that state in order for it to heal itself. We are conduits and facilitators in the process.
