Description
Pilates/Yoga sessions are designed to create internal motion with breath work which allows external motion in the body to feel more freedom in the tissues and body. I specialize in Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Yoga, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release (MFR). When we allow our energy body to become more fluid and spacious, it allows our physical body to move with ease and grace. I look forward to working with you!
