Intuition is fed by being curious about anything and everything. When we are able to connect within and allow the external part of us to be still, we will get all the answers we are seeking. Those who are constantly external (meaning projecting outwardly), over processing or analyzing tell a story. It’s challenging at times not to see our own story, but once we become aware of the pattern of the story, we can shift our perspective and have a different outcome internally which in hand plays the part in our external landscape. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a plan or ways of doing things in the world, but when one keeps coming up against road blocks, we have to take the time to look at ourselves given we are the common denominator. It’s not anyone else, it’s our thoughts, words and choices that are creating any outcome we live through. Money is a huge one for a lot of people. MONEY IS ENERGY! It’s the relationship one has with money which defines how much one receives.
Here’s a couple of tips to keep the flow going. You can do this with anything you’re creating or working through! And a great reminder to let go of the outcome (expectation) and at the same time knowing it’s coming.

- I love ______ and ______ loves me
- I love how money flows to me in expected and unexpected ways!
- I love how wonderful my life is!
- I love how much abundance and prosperity there is for everyone!
You get the idea! The more we authentically feel what our thoughts and words are emitting, our reality shifts! It’s really that simple. Emotional authenticity is an actualization for some. Again emotions are a frequency we emit. Our brain is an antenna that tunes into different frequencies depending where we are emotionally. If we aren’t aware of our true and authentic emotional body, it’s challenging to perceive the shadow parts of ourselves or the patterns we are running.
When we tune into something with our higher self, our guides, source , whomever you work with, this connection isn’t in linear time as we are. There isn’t any time in other deminsions or other realities unlike ours. When we can get to the place of neutrality when feeling into something, the doors swing wide open and manifestation takes place. One of the biggest keys is not having any expectations whatsoever and allowing whatever you are desiring or tuning into just to UNFOLD! Allow the desire to embody you and then allow it to be released and in some ways forgotten. This is when the Universe loves to give back something and at times even more extraordinary.
My guides recently gave me a sequencing of a new serious of steps that are more quantum in nature and I’ve been practicing with them. We start with what is called “Zero Point Awareness” which is Sacred Stillness & Unified Neutrality! And 5 more steps follow. We use sound as well given how our own resonance is so powerful! I will be teaching this at our Retreat on Mallorca end of October as well. I was recently working with a client with the work and I could feel these waves coming through. I got so excited as I can feel how potent it is and so could she! Like Nikola Tesla said “If you want to find the secrets to the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration!” Knowing how to differentiate between your own voice or the one in the head and your guides can be challenging at times. When we practice mediation, or getting quiet which can be a walking mediation, gardening, etc… This is where we find our peaceful state and the field of potentials open up and is available to connect to.
